If you are undertaking a server migration, we recommend reinstalling the BI Scheduler on the new server, rather than trying to move it from one server to another. 


We will make a new instance of your configuration file available for download through our online implementation guide and which also has full instructions on the implementation and configuration process. Please contact us by email at beautiful-support@vitalhub.com in the first instance and so we can create a new instance of your configuration file.


When you are ready to test the new instance of the scheduler, we suggest that you submit test data using Provider_Code ZZZ and Site_Code ZZZXX, and that you submit test data after 1pm. This is in order to prevent any issues with your submission during the implementation process. Please copy in Mohanish Srivastava (mohanish.srivastava@nhs.net) and the NHSI Sitrep team (nhsi.sitrepsupportteam@nhs.net) when you are at the stage of submitting test data, so that they can confirm receipt on the NHSI server.
